Subject: Community Cleanup Services with Green Team

Dear Chemeketa Park Residents:

We are pleased to share some important news about our partnership with Green Team to bring convenient cleanup/pickup services to our community! These programs are designed to help you maintain a clean and clutter-free home and property while contributing to the beauty and sustainability of our neighborhood.

Free Twice-a-Year On-Call Cleanup

As part of our partnership with Green Team, Chemeketa Park residents can schedule up to two free on-call cleanups each calendar year. Here’s what’s included:

Items weighing up to 70 pounds.
Loose household items placed in 32-gallon plastic bags or sturdy cardboard boxes (2 feet x 2 feet x 2 feet).
Allowed an area of up to 6 feet x 6 feet of household debris.

Excluded Items: Dirt, rocks, concrete, appliances with Freon, paint, e-waste, and hazardous materials.

To schedule your cleanup:

Complete and submit the authorization form that can be found on our website or along with your monthly CPMWC statement.

The authorization form allows a member of the Board of Directors to contact (email with Authorization forms) Green Team and schedule the "group/neighborhood" pickup.
Green Team will schedule the addresses to be picked up on Friday and will determine which group of addresses to service on a "Friday" based on the availability of Green Team’s pickup schedule and availability of the truck.
Green Team will then reach back out to the member of the Board of Directors as to which Friday and which group of addresses will be serviced.
A member of the Board of Directors will contact the property owner as to the date.

Guadalupe Landfill Free Disposal Voucher

We would also like to remind Chemeketa Park residents that Green Team has mailed out free disposal vouchers that were mailed during the last week of September to all Chemeketa Park property owners. These vouchers can be used to dispose of up to 1,000 pounds of acceptable materials at the Guadalupe Landfill.

Use this voucher to responsibly dispose of materials that may not qualify for curbside pickup.
